I feel the same with my boyfriend. He left for two weeks, and i can barely cope without him. Our apartment is so empty now. But in your situation, Its this simple:

Your brain is telling you no
Your emotions are telling you yes

Always go with what your logic is telling you, if you go against your logic and with your feelings, most likely you'll end up broken hearted. Good luck

You sound like someone that was in a long term relationship. Sometimes you might just need some space to get your thoughts together. When the person is around, we always look for what's missing, but when they are not we realize how much of an impact they had. History with someone is important, but if you feel it isn't right, then do what's best for you in the long run. It will pe good for you and your ex. Sometimes we never know what we want and we can't deny how the heart feels.

This is because you are having mixed emotions about leaving or about staying. You need to rethink things through and see what it is you really want to do. If you want this to work then seek couples counseling and if not then say goodbye and dont look back and move on with your life. The decision is hard no matter what way you look at it but either way down the road you will be better off for it to make a decision now and go with it.

You see there are times when you have the need to have a little me time and then there are times you want to be held and loved a whole lot. You then just need his affection or want it even crave it. It is only in human nature to want someone to be in love with you and to be affectionate towards you. You are just caught in the web of not getting enough time away from him and this could ruin a relationship. You should find some time to do things with your friends and try to make him understand this as well. Although when it comes to my husband and I we are just intoxicated by each other and are like drunks because we just need to be high from being with each other.

You feel that way because we love alot of people on many different levels. It would be nice if we could keep the important ones, even when the romantic relationship ends, you will find that if you truely think you don't want to be with him, sooner or later you won't.

Because you haven't accepted being alone and learned how gratifying it can be. One can be alone and not feel loneliness, if you strive to always have someone by your side, you will never feel the sheer joy of being a strong, independent person.

some people make better friends then lovers. work on the friendship part and then the rest might work out.

not everyone can live together in harmony because their personalities clash.

give it time and who knows what the future will bring.
