The song is released on Itunes if anyone is interested... yes, it's by Forever Thursday. Sounds really old but says it was released Feb. 25 2007. No other information about it.
I'm still waiting for Itunes to get the Target Commercial Song (Hello, Goodbye...etc). They have a similar sound.

The song IS 'How Can It Be," but the artist is Forever Thursday (not Tuesday)... and yes, it is the song from the new JC Penney commercial. :)
