I think they are both good looking.
A is preppier and B is more "BA." haha
But I don't think you could go wrong with either.

The first outfit is very "youngster-ish". Like pubescent. The second outfit is "20's- ish". And, the second outfit would depend upon if the wearer had the muscles and beef to fill those clothes in all the right places, so to say. Baggy clothes only make wimpy muscles look wimpier.

B is a better match than A, but honestly I prefer Dolce and Gabbana than Abercrombie and Fintch, or Hollister.
