You need a pelvic exam when you are still a virgin just to make sure you are developing properly and there are not any other sort of medical conditions that would otherwise be overlooked. Planned Parenthood or any other clinic would offer birth control to you just because you are contemplating having sex and for the fact that it can help regulate periods....

Planned Parenthood will give you birth control (and it may not be free, depending on if you have an income or not, if you do, it will be priced on a sliding scale, so that you will be able to afford it) even if you are a virgin, because their goal is to help women avoid unwanted pregnancies and educate people about sex. You may not "need" a pelvic exam, really (people start seeing a gyno from about the time they turn eighteen, or they start being sexually active, whichever comes first), but they will probably want to perform one if you're looking to get on birth control. I don't think they would say no to you just because you're a virgin.
Are you planning to become sexually active? Because if you are, I really commend you on being responsible enough to seek out a reliable birth control method before actually becoming active! If you are planning to have sex, be sure to have your partner tested (Planned Parenthood can help with this as well) for STIs.

Yes you need a pelvic exam even if you are a virgin to be sure you don't have any infections or other problems. Also birth control is not free. You can go to them at any age though and they will see you and prescribe birth control for you.

yes, you can go to planned parenthood whether you are a virgin or not. birth control will probably be free if you are a teen with little or no income (it does not matter how much your parents make or whether or not your parents have insurance). and no, not all clinics give you pelvic exams unless you ask for one. the one where i live only gives you one if you request it. you do not need a pelvic if you're a virgin unless you are 21 or older.

At planned parenthood you don't have to get a pelvic exam to get birth control. you get it free if you're eligible for their health plan

Yes! I did when I was a virgin, it's totally free and confidential (as long as you don't have an income, a job, like me). They just ask you questions they don't even do an exam if you ask them not to. You can get it as long as you are 12 years old (I am 17). =0) If you need to ask me more questions go ahead!
You just need to call your nearest one and make an appointment. Good Luck!
