Like lower back pain in the buttocks, neck pain, etc?

Congrats on your baby! I started about 8 weeks having some back pains but that was mostly due to gas. lol
but the real pain hit me about 10 weeks when i had to be careful how i layed and such.
the tush? well i am always readjusting so i just know i cant sit in the same position for more then 10 or 15 minutes.
Neck... as soon as dear husband found out i was preggers... HE IS THE PAIN IN THE NECK! lol but for real. i only get that pain when i sleep wrong.
