Lightsaber Flashlight?

I got bored so decided to turn my electronic toy lightsaber into a flashlight but need a stronger bulb. Any suggestions on what type of bulb I should use?

I don't know since the lightsaber circuit probably can't handle much more than its standard bulb. But maybe if you get bored (again), attach a regular flashlight to the lightsaber blade-stick-thingy! Now you have a bright, soundless lightsaber.

An LED would be brighter.
