Is there a site where I can find what words mean this?

Here they are? if you can help..
1.very experessive;able to speak with grace and force -- I'M THINKING FIRM?
2.natural tendencies or inclinations
3.earnest requests; prayers
4. using words out of their literal meaning to add beauty or force.
5. scheme of attack; plan
This is all from a reading thing called "THE WARNINGS"
I'm not gonna put the whole story up obviously.. If you can just think of any words at the top of your head <3

2. arbitrations (this is the noun form)
3. inquiry, evoking, pleads
4. alluding, euphemism
5. ploy (the verb form would be contrive?)
