on weekdays, I sleep around 5 or 6 hours.
on weekends, I like to sleep 7 or 8 hours.
Humans need 8 hours of good sleep. Right?

I honestly think that we should sleep 7-8 hours a night. I sleep about 7. I can't sleep early at night so I end up going to sleep about 1 am.

I think most adults need about 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
Unfortunately, I have alot of health issues so I need closer to 12 hours of sleep per night.

i think humans need sleep depending on the way they life is. like for example, athletic people probably need 8 hours of sleep. but for me i could only have 4 hours and be energized.

they say for an average adult seven and a half hours is just about right...I usually sleep four hours awake the next 2..sleep another 2 and feel cruddy for the rest of the day.
