im a 32C and i dont really have a problem with my boobs but hers wut u can do wear a push up bra and close fitting shirts.... i dont wear push up bras just the close fitting shirts....and besides some guys like little boobs this 1 guy said 2 me hay atleast its a mouthful i found it cute and funny

A push-up bra...Victoria's secret has a really nice one and its convertible..Also it has gel things in it which had "volume" so it's pretty good and makes them look perkier

A padded and push up bra. Or you may want to go with a water bra. If you do make sure it you don't get into any pointy objects if you do. You don't want a wet shirt
