what is the best mascara out here? and p.s. im on a budget....like no more than $15.00

For over ten years or whenever they invented it, I've found L'Oreal Voluminous to be the only one that really works. Every time I try to save money with another brand I'm sorry. They just don't work and end up being a waste of money.
There are a couple other ones that are OK. But I can't recommend any of them as they just are not as good.
I just bought a new Voluminous (on sale for $7.99) because the Maybelline was annoying, it was like using nothing, and you have to keep putting on coats for almost no result. With the Voluminous, even one coat works. Three coats makes really long lashes.
No mascara should be more than $7.99. There's no excuse - with expensive ones you are paying for the brand, and the ads, not the quality.

I really like the l'oreal voluminous mascara, but make sure you get water proof or it runs bad. I also like the exact lash by maybeline.

but maybelline new york Lash Stylist mascara it is a comb brush that is very thick and beautiful and is only $8.00 you would save $7.00 and you can buy an eyelash curler with the remaining $7.00!!!

I love covergirl lash exact mascara because it doesn't clump. You can get it anywhere and it is only like $8.

You should try maybaleen XXL micrifiber mascara it makes your eyelashes long and it only causts 6 bucks.

Try the new one out by Cover Girl it seems to work for me.
