It could be, but it could also be a back door shot at Hillary. Think about it. A positive note for a rival of another candidate. One Condi may just have to campaign against.

Even if she said it it's ultimately meaningless. She probably said it in response to a question from a reporter about Obama. I'm sure it's a question that will come up whenever a black politician is interviewed, of either party.
