like all african countries, angola is rich in mineral and human resources. but due to war and corruption, the country has poor infrastructure and other tings that go with being an african country

I think their infracture isn't too good, especially after all those years of civil war. But they have a lot of Diamonds, I think the term "blood diamonds" arises from countries like Angola where illegal trade of diamonds was and in some cases is still being carried out to fund rebels/civil war etc.
