In my opinion it would be about 50/50. It would depend on who was most racist. I am white, but have respect for the Latinos. They will stand for their race. There is not much interracial mingling in the Latino race. Close knit race. This answer is with respect to all....I have close friends that are Latinos. This would be personal experience....

I have been the only white chick in the barrio, in Corpus Christi, Texas. And, I have lived on military bases and I was brought up white in the South.
White people are more likely to complain but Hispanic people hate you deeper.
I remember having to cross a KKK line to get to school the first year it was desegregated. White people are better haters in crowds.
I was spit at and cursed by women in the street walking to work in a latin neighborhood in Corpus. One woman alone spit on me and swore. One woman accused me of looking at her huisband too long, when I was trying to cross the street. I was watching the car, not the guy. It happened over and over. Latin women are very outspoken whereas white women follow their husband's lead and white men always look for a leader to follow.
I was mugged by a Neo-Nazi in Bamberg. He wanted to show his buddies he could beat a woman, steal her purse and call her bad names for being an American.
As a woman, I'd have to say the white guy would get along better in a latino neighborhood than a latino in a white neighborhood.

it depends really if that latino guy is a racist, so too is that white guy if he is racist. but if they aren't then it should be a prob. but the majority of the people in the neighborhood will definitely talk about that latino or white guy as to why they moved into their neighborhood and not on their own races'.
