Why would Spanish come on with some Programs on a Nice Orion 27 inch set, and at the same time and SAME channel , on our ORION 19 in set , the words for the SAME program is in English. This has happened at least 2 times in 3 weeks . 2 TVS( Same make ) --same Channel - 2 Different languages

Each tv. is probably programmed differently. Check your closed captioning and see if it is set in english or in spanish.

you probably have the SAP on the 27" set on. SAP stands for Secondary Audio Processor, the second language is usually Spanish.
it's not closed captioning, that is text on the screen without sound for deaf or hard of hearing persons.
