I am in no way racist toward any ethnicity. It is not my intention to offend anyone, and I apologize in advance if I do.
I pose this simple question: why is it that African Americans file a law suit or claim discrimination, but when someone of Caucasian descent claims something very similar to that, many African Americans get mad at them? Another similar question: why can't a white male under 40 file a law suit for discrimination and actually WIN when it's plainly the case when any other minority or any woman or any man over 40 can file the same law suit in the same scenario and win?

It's certainly not equality. Equality would mean equal treatment of every case. Since caucasians are the majority in the USA, there's a common perception that the majority cannot be discriminated against. But that's not true. Individuals can be discriminated against for many reasons, not just racial. The practice of affirmative action in universities is an example of how a program to reduce discrimination only led to the discrimination of perfectly qualified caucasian candidates for going to university. To be truly equal, the entire race concept has to be completely ignored. In a discrimination case, the races are different, but what race they are should not matter.

I trust you as much as a element. My sticking element is the "team spirit" area. How might you create team spirit? might this require assimilation and the replace of one subculture with yet another? if so, does that mean that the unique subculture has free of charge? What precisely is "British subculture"? in accordance with my information of "British" this might embody English, Welsh plus the cultures of all those from different worldwide places who've now settled in great Britain and carry an ecu/British passport. i do no longer know what the respond is myself yet your question did make me think of! thank you.
