It depends on the school you choose, the city, the major, and lifestyle. If you go to a private school tuition is significantly more unless you have financial aid. Cities are more expensive than suburbs and some cities are more expensive than others. If you are a science or math major you are going to pay a lot more for books. If you are frugal that makes a difference.

I go to a private school where I live on campus for 4 years. With financial aid it will be $80,000 over four years. Without financial aid it would have been $160,000

It's kind of difficult to separate. After graduating from undergrad I had about 20,000 in loans.
