what is an inside waterpark my friends wants to take me??

Here's a website that shows the one in Springfield (Eugene) Oregon. They are an indoor wave park with generated waves, and lots of other water related things to do. If you don't live near a beach, or live near a cold one, these are a fun way to get wet and still be comfortable.

its just where the slides and pool are indoors. pretty self explanitory
