Because Dannie Lynn was born in Bahamas the decision is Bahamian law. The Bahamas recognizes Howard as the father since he signed the birth certificate. There is a possibility that a paternity test may not be ordered, in that case Howard will remain the custodial parent.

The child was not born in Jamaica, she was born in the Bahamas and is subject to Bahamian law as long as she still is on the island. She is also a US citizen which makes her subject to the laws of this country.
Howard K Stern will fight the DNA testing because it appears he is not the father of the child and knows that under Bahamian law, if a person knowingly signed a birth certificate and knows they are not the father, it is fraud and is subject to jail time. She would then become a ward of the state and then she will go to her grandmother, if she petitions for her.
What a messed up life for a young child.

I guess danilynn will go to grandma vergie arthur then and she and anna and daniel will all go to texas and have a big spectacle made of the whole thing . it is pitifull the way they have treated this girl.
