That's pretty much dependent on the person/company who's doing the selling. If they're willing to allow you to pay with a money order, then obviously it's possible.

I think a better option is a debit card payment. With a debit card, the money comes out of your account immediately, so you don't incur deb and don't have the temptation of purchasing something thinking that you'll pay for it later; you can pay instantaneously, so that you don't have to wait for your money order to arrive, and the seller doesn't have to hold an item until it does. It's what I use when I purchase something online, and it's proven to be a very good option for me. If you can get a bank account, you can generally get a debit card, and practically anyone can get a bank account.

This probably depends on the company/site you are
dealing with. You'd have to ask them. Some may allow
payment direct to their bank account if you contact
them first, which is better than a Money Order, but
still slows things down a little.

Probably easier is using a PayPal account, or as has
been suggested, a pre-paid debit/credit card.

HTH.

Sure..if the seller is ok with that! You order it, tell the seller you are mailing him a money order, after he gets your money, then he sends the products. However, there is no way to force the seller into accepting ANY payment type except for "legal tender" which is cash, and many do not accept cash through the mail, because it can get stolen.

No, money order can't be paid online. You can get a pre-paid debit card. I have one through www.netspend.com you can put money on the card to pay for things online. There is no credit check and you don't have to have a checking account.
