he didnt has shots, maybe he is teething.

If he has no other symptoms, then he might just be fighting something. If it lasts another week more, I would at least call the doctor; they might want to rule out an infection.

How are you taking the temp? 99.5 is a low-grade fever at the most, and not much to be concerned about. If you're concerned, call his pediatrician.

Has your child recently had any shots? Or is he teething? Either can cause a low-grade temperature.

If you're overly concerned, contact your child's pediatrician.

sounds like your baby has new teeth coming in .... but dont forget when you check ur little ones temperture if you dont do it rectually you should add a degree to get the proper temp.
