No, pick Reyes. He will do very good, and other short stops don't compare. At any other positions a later pick can be almost as good as a first pick. Reyes at SS can't be matched.
He will hit more than 19 homers this year also.

I had the first pick overall in my head-to-head fantasy league and I took Johan Santana.
I was able to get some other power hitters later on in the draft like Carlos Delgado, Andruw Jones, and Jason Giambi.
