Because they don't understand the values of our morals and cultures. A culture that is silently taking over all the world, a culture that has always thaught to respect each and every creation of the almighty, a culture that comes up with the unique fundamental of mental peace, a culture that has actually surprised the world with its researches and knowledge, a culture that has always tried to induce the realization of your own values and your ethics.

If you actually study each and every culture around the globe you will find that this unique Indian culture is the only culture that has put its efforst in all the feilds of human development including pharmaceutical, anotomical, medical, psychological, astronomical, mathematical, and a hell lot of streams of so called science. But our ignorance comes into play and we assume the a few foul plays of the society are our traditions. However the person who really understands the concept of our culture would nat fall for these foul plays and thus contribute in maintaining our cultural values...

If you mean India,then the answer is that citizens are sceptical about everything, especially politics.AS for the rest, barring a few who are learned, there is a regress into nihilism, where all moral values are unpturned and degraded.
