In the temperature symbol, oC. How can I make the "o" upperscript?

You mean like this: °C?

Click start - run - type in charmap - enter and find the characters you want, then copy and paste where you want...

I think you mean "º" That is the ºC sign, in degrees Celsius. You can find it as a quick shortcut by holding down the "Alt" Button While Simultaneously hitting 167 on your Number pad.

So "Alt"+167= "º"

Go into Microsoft Word, click on "Insert" then "Symbol." Then find the degree symbol, click on it, click "Insert" then "Close." Then copy it and paste it where you want it.
