It is your labia. You vaginal lips aka labia are pink and look kind of wrinkled. You need to get your hand mirror out and explore your body so you have a clue what it looks like and what is NORMAL for YOUR body, Look at a female genitalia diagrahm on the web and then identify all the body parts you see on it on your own body.

the wrinkly pink things should be the labia minora - the inner folds, or lips, between the thick outer labia, all of which surround the vagina and clitoris. If a girl is mentioning her "wrinkled pink things" she probably just means that her inner labia are pronounced, large, wrinkled (as opposed to smooth, which they can also be), or otherwise rather prominant (I've never heard this phrase and have rarely talked with or overheard a woman talking about her labia).
