just got phone and card and i cant get the money-minutes on my phone tryed useing my phone to add it but it said errer net work down

You can wait a few hours and try filling up through your phone again. Or you can top up online.

that happens sometimes. you just have to chill a couple minutes. sometimes its due to being out of service. sometimes it just needs to chill a little bit first.
