ok so this may be weird, but...the other day i watched this show called "charmed" and in the show there were these witches that could orb. atleast thats what they called it. whenever they wanted to go from one place to the next, they would disappear and then reappear where they wanted to be. what is that called????
and is it even possible to do that? i need thoughts.

Isn't that astral travel/projection? It's quite common actually. I'm not sure what they did because I've never seen the show. Just sounds like astral travel/projection to me, where you literally leave your body behind and travel elsewhere, then return back to your body. Is that what they did?
