i love thnderstorms. they thrill me with the possibility of destruction. sounds rather absurd, but it's my attitude toward mother nature and all her glory.

I enjoy a good thunderstorm on a hot summers night. I will sit on the enclosed porch and just watch natures fury , i love the smell of the rain and freshly washed air. I live in Florida, the nations thunderstorm capital and we sure do get some good light shows. Sometimes we will drive down to the beach and sit in the car and watch it over the ocean. I do sometimes worry about a tornado, but there really is nothing I can do about it so i don't dwell or get scared.

As long as it's not severe. I used to be afraid to the point of phobia, but when my daughter was born, I didn't want her to learn the fear from me, so I learned to contain it. I can actually sleep better with a nice thundershower going. I even have a CD of a thunderstorm that I sometimes use when I can't sleep!

I love thunderstorms. They are so powerful and beautiful. My daughters middle name is Raine, because I enjoy them so much.

I do. I am not sure why though. I was really scared of them when I was little.
