do you think its okay for a girl to have?

sleeve tatoos? because i am seriously considering getting them, but i want to know if girls think thats wierd and if guys think thats hot.

To each his/her own. Who cares what other people think if that's what you want. If someone can't take you as you are then you don't need to be with them.

It may be cool now, but later in life you could possibly regret it. It is a big descision to make, and please ensure you think about it carefully. I have tattoos, but they are all concealed by clothing.... How ever, I do know that if they were fully visible, and as drastic as a full sleeve, I would definitely be wishing i had not have done it later in life. You only have one life, and you need to take into consideration, employment opportunities etc. While prospective employers may allow tattoos, something like a full sleeve, could put you at a disadvantage in service, hospitality and sales indistries.

Also, if you have the chance, look at your grandmothers arms. Elderly skin sags, and wrinkles quite severely. Think about what a tattoo like that would look like on you at the age of 70 or 80.. All discolored, wrinkled.. Not a good look! Even if guys now think it would be hot, ask them to imagine their nana with tats.. I promise the answer would be different!

I don't care for them. I have six tatoos, BUT I can cover them all up if I need to. Consider getting a small one first. Remember, you may not want your tatoo visible all the time, especially in the summer. What if you wanted to go to funeral, church, etc. and it's 100 degrees out, but you don't want to show it off? I have a bunch of tattoo's put on when I was in my teens and twentys, some very cool, but that was then. Young ladies for some reason think they are not ' Beautiful ' unless they use alot of make-up or ' show-off ' their bodies by clothes or lack of. Have been married since High School, and 50 years coming up real soon, I love her more now then I did then. God Bless !!

I think if thats what you like and if thats what you want to do than do it. It shouldnt matter what other peoples comments or opinions are it should be you'r choice based on you'rself not other people. I hope that helps. but personaly I think if your askin others like you are now than maybe you shouldnt do it. It sounds like if people deceided they didnt like it you would regret the choice of getting a sleeve.

A tatoo is not nearly as beautiful as a woman's body and I find it usual detracts from a womans appearance- I seem to be in the minority on this issue.

depends on the person. I like them, I want a semi sleeve. Some people find them less femenine then say a lower back tattoo of a dolphin. But it's a sign of strengthso more power to you!

Right now tats look cool,but what happens when you need to get a job and no one will hire you because of them? Discreet tats are cool, but I personally don't like sleeve tattoos. Think ahead and how they will affect your life.

If you mean tatoo's on your arm, then maybe. But tatoos on your shirt sleeve would be pointless cause you could just iron on pictures. But on your arm, That would be cool. If you do, make sure its something that won't insult others, and they like it, too.

Personally I HATE tattoos on women. And men for that matter.... They always seem low class. But that's just me.
