I paid into Cali State Dis for many years. If I become disabled living in Ohio, will I be able to collect it?

I now live in Ohio which does not have SDI. I lived in California and paid Cali. State Dis for many years. What happens if I become disabled? Do I get to collect the disability I paid into from California? If not, where does that money go?
