I need to know what happens to the SALT (table salt)

It desolves, but it is not a chemical change it is a physical change. If you boil the water until it is all evaporated, the salt will be be left at the bottom of the container.

You have salt water. If you evaporate the water, you would have salt. Don't boil the water too vigorously because it would carry the salt with it. That is one way to get salt, just let the sun evaporate the water out of the sea water in shallow trays or ponds.

It dissolves into the water and that may affect the exact boiling temperature depending upon of much salt you add.

it dissolves and creates a chemical reaction.....that's what happen to a former student at Georgia tech but no one knows if he put extra chemicals into the experiment.......
