Is yahoo bill pay working. I tried to pay 2 bills and both times got a message of an unidentified error and that payment was not processed and to try again. When I tried again I got a message that the payment already existed but it is not showing in my upcoming payments list. I have gotten no response from the email I sent yahoo bill pay and they seem to have no phone number to call for help.

**UPDATE** - Had the same problem for 2 days. I tried both Customer Care (with error messages saying that it wasn't working) and also e-mailing finance-premium@yahoo-inc.com. I dunno if it was just coincidence, but my BP just resumed working a few hours ago (and my attempts at Customer Care are now showing up-- all 6 of them!).

I believe YBP is provided by a 3rd company called CheckFree. From what I've experienced all day, there appears to be a problem with the Yahoo interface to the CF database. It allows you to add to the db, but not read from it. Thus, you can add payments, but you cannot confirm it, or refresh your "upcoming payments" listing.

Yahoo bill pay seems to have been on and off over the last few months, according to the complaints on here. I'm going to have to snail mail this month's payments, if I remember how. The sad thing is there is no customer service to help. MSN has a similiar checkfree bill pay program and will probably move to it if this keeps up.

Hello - I'm having the exact same problem. I've been unable to refresh the upcoming payments schedule for 2 days now. Have you been able to do this? In upcoming payments click refresh.
