They just refrigerated her body. It created a lot of moisture, which lead to rapid decomposition. The morticians in the case are saying that her body is not looking too nice. Duh!
Why didn't this crackpot of a judge, who used to be a used car salesman, or an al bundy type of shoe salesman, order her body to be embalmed before anything??!?!?!
It's not going to be an open casket funeral for her, unless they use oust, renuzit, glade, lysol, and tons of other air refresheners! Can you imagine them throwing a few stick-ups in her casket? sheesh!

I would say that they are not going to open her casket up anymore. Its a shame that her mother is doing this. What kind of
mother would want to know that their child is rotting in the morgue. She is only after the money, she should never have
been allowed in the court room.

People aren't always embalmed. It is the wishes of the person with the right to her body to do with it what he or she pleases. The body could have been claimed at the coroners office immediately after the autopsy if it weren't for the fact 2 people wanted the body and were willing to fight over it not seeming to care about the condition it would be in weeks later. A funeral of family and friends by invitation from the Mother and Howard Stern would have solved the problem of the viewing. They could have fought for years as to where to bury the body while it was in a freezer. That is if the question of the babies father wasn't still up in the air and Larry wasn't needing DNA from Anna to help him with his claim.
This would be great reading material if it were fictional.

They needed multiple DNA and body fluid samples from her to aid in the autopsy , and no her mother did not help things with her selfish greed , and if she was that far decomposed , they should have not even embalmed her they could have sealed the casket and put her in the ground

After autopsy , the bio - mother ( as Anna Nicole referred to Virgie Arthur ), and ex-boyfriend were delaying the embalming on the advice of their atty's . So , as usual , it was about money .
It was shameful those vultures were allowed to get away with that .

I think they wanted to do a autopsy for drugs. The embalming would have messed up any results even more. Its time to let her rest and put a sock on it.
