Don't take this the wrong way, I am not upset by it, but last season was supposed to be the last one. Why did they make an 11th season?

Having another season of 7th Heaven is a way of saying that the last season was a success. . you probably don't like it... but there're many other people that does. The station would know how the rating went and since it was great, they were able to get another season in :)

Basically the CW needed a show from the WB or UPN that can draw viewerships, and 7th Heaven was one of the higher rating drawing shows.

Besides, it's a show about God, and you know God isn't going to let anyone cancel a show about him.
