Speech to Text or Text Sound are a couple of them. If you look it up on Download.com or any of the software sites I am sure you would find what you need. There is also something that comes with windows for the visually impaired, but I am not sure if it does the same thing...I just looked. It is in Accessories from the Program menu. OK, now I am irritated, it is saying every letter I am typing. You can set it up- however you'd like. It is called "Microsoft Narrator". It gives you a link for "Windows-based Screen Readers".
