Ring Sizers. You can buy the plastic ones in your local store (like Wal-Mart) in the jewlry section for under $2. It's a variety pack of about 2-4 sizers and you get 2 of each sizer.

I've always called them ring sizers, but you can get them in the jewelry department at wal-mart.
