I and countless peers are finding as generation Y infiltrates themselves more and more into the workforce that we have the misfortune of trying to communicate with these know it alls. It seems that every disscussion we have with 17-25 year olds ends in them condisendingly anwering questions with common sense as if we didn't know better. I get no answers from these people but common sense delivered in a manner that says "are you stupid, do I have to tell you something that is so simple". It's like they don't realize that most have a general knowledge base and Gen Y in their infinate wisdom answer all questions and discussions defensivley with comments or facts that are generally known to everyone. They walk off as if they had some sort of intelligent insight in which they provided some much needed knowledge to some imbicile when all they do is state the obvious. Having been born in '79 I find older people find this Gen Y characteristic as being "typical of the young". Comments?
