The whole chain letter thing is a waste of both time and money.

First of all, some chain letters tell you there is no need for stamps, just write a 'special,' address. No point, you will need stamps for all the letters or you will get them sent back to you.

Plus, this chain letter, have you got all your facts right? I mean, do you know the person and trust them. They will probaly get the letter and take the money.

Chain Letters do not work is the bottom line.

People do them, and over 85% lose money. Some have gone to prison or had their lives ruined for a decade or more afterwards, just because of that letter. Google the names Dave Rhodes and Karen Liddell (two separate searches).

That's part of the reason that chain letters are a felony.

The sheer bandwidth and memory eatten up by the multiplying letters is another concern, for the online world.

I have gotten those in the mail before and I never did it but If every one followed through it could work. but all it takes is for some people to drop the ball and it stops dead.
