Hello all,I have to get up early in the morning for work but no matter what time I go to bed I always wake up feeling very sleepy for the rest of the day and want to take a nap. Does anyone know a good way to not feel so sleepy all the time?? (thanks for the help in advance!)

it could be possible that you are not getting GOOD sleep. if you are getting good nutrition and taking vitamins, u might want to discuss it w/your doc and maybe he would have u to go sleep study to see your sleep patterns. sleep study is pretty cool. i went. good luck to u :)

Maybe your anemic that causes you to feel sleepy all day no matter how many hours you sleep, go to the doctor and get tested try eating more greens,beans any foods enriched with iron,plus vitamin pills. hope you feel better

Get your thyroid checked. A low functioning thyroid can cause daytime sleepiness, and sleep apnea can cause sleepiness, too. Get a good checkup.

Perhaps you need vitamins to perk yourself up. Best to consult a doctor on your health. Maybe you are also lacking iron in your diet.
