overall reaction:
AgNO3(aq) + NaOH(aq) --> AgOH(s) + NaNO3

complete ionic equation:
Ag+1(aq) + NO3-1(aq) + Na+1(aq) + OH-1(aq) --> AgOH(s) + Na+1(aq) + NO3-1(aq)

net ionic equation:
Ag+1(aq) + OH-1(aq) --> AgOH(s)

the net ionic equation shows ONLY the ions that react - the other ions are called spectator ions

write the equation out, or do you have to figure out which ones react or dont.

OK, here it is

AgNO3 + NaOH ---> Ag(OH)2 (s) + Na (aq) + NO3 (aq)

i dont know if this is wat you are looking for, because you have to give a better intruction...and it depends if you reacted them with water or heat....give some more instruction.

it'll be:

AgNO3 (s) +2NaOH (s) = Ag(OH)2 (s) +NaNO3 (aq) +Na(aq)
silver nitrate +sodium hydroxide= silver hydroxide +sodium nitrate +sodium
