The cooking festival takes place at the beach in the morning on day 22. If you want to enter the contest you need to have the kitchen installed and you must have the ingredients and recipe needed to make the dish you enter. When you arrive at the festival, talk to the mayor and the gourmet. They will tell you the theme for the year and then you will be transported back to your house to cook your entry. Make your entry and take it back to the festival. Hold your entry above your head and talk to the mayor to enter the competition. The gourmet will go through each of the entries and grade them.
