I have a bad gpa. I have a bad gpa because i forget to study, i forget to study because i forget to write it down. When i do write ity down its sloopy or i lose the book i write stuff down in. Im lazy becuase i have shitty study habbits. I dont know where alot of my books are. My handwriting is bad. My memory sucks, i forget everything, my long term is fine, but my short term sucks, im not dumb, i just cant do all this. Whenever I try to do something, like sit down to study, idont have my book. You have to fill out forms to get a new school textbook. I put them in a folder, when i opened it up, it was gone. I cant think anymore, my mind is so cluttered, ive dug a hole so deep, its just so hard to get out of, this is the second time ive lost the papers, now i have to go back to school and get yelled at, possibly even get recall, i am failing science, and have 2 as, one b 2 cs and three ds, i always have 50 things on my mind, and i can never remember to do all of them, its a big circle

More like you have adhd. I don't like meds so I would advise you to get tested, change your diet to less sugar/sweets. Research adhd, alot of people have found relief in diet and protein/natural supplements. Without the meds. But it will depend on your adhd.
Attention Deficit hyper disorder. You will be able to focus and do your work better once treatment natural or meds starts.

reinforce your learning the same day you are introduced to it. Studies show that you learn material 20% faster and remember it significantly longer if you reinforce it before sleep.
