The Rock was much better and more popular than Randy Orton. Unfortunately, since the Rock is no longer wrestling, a good comparison is really hard to make.

Randy Orton at least he's sticking it out. The Rock only wrestled for a few years then left to go act.

I have to say Randy Orton because he's the one active right now and he's the one getting his *** kicked day in and day out for our entertaining on the ring and outside of the ring.
The Rock was really good, but the was is what doesn't make Him the best now.
