I have a townhome and I want to rent ir out, but I am not too sure of a good website to list it on. I want to make sure it is a decent website where I know someone will look at it and not a website where no one ever goes on it. Does anyone know of any good website to list my home for rent on, and some where where its not going to cost me a fortune for a small amount of time. Thanks to everyone who posts on here.

depends where you live in youre in the NYC area the best is citihabitats or foxtons. century 21 or remax are always good but you need to find the biggest real estate agency in your direct or surrounding vicinities. you can always list with multiple agencies they WILL COMPETE OVER YOU!

All renters do not look for rentals on websites. Many consider the local newspaper.

Try Rent.com
Localrent.com
local.com
I think the fees are pretty reasonable. And they should be one time fees.
