While I agree with Dr. Ruth Westheimer that there is nothing wrong at all with masturbation for men or women, and CERTAINLY there is nothing wrong with being a virgin (I'd give anything to still be a virgin!), I would have to ask a forty year old unmarried virgin if he is perhaps devoting a little too much time and attention to masturbating. If he is masturbating everyday, it might be a sexual addiction that can honestly prevent him from getting a mate. Masturbation is ok, but it is ony a substitute till Miss or Mister Right comes along. And no, masturbation never makes anyone gay OR straight, but what is he thinking about when he masturbates - men or women?

Well, if they're 40 and never had sex yet--either they have no interest in sex or there is something else seriously wrong with them.
I mean, you'd have to work really hard NOT to get laid by 40... almost all people get married, for example, and that includes ugly-looking and average-looking people too. You don't need to be a '10' to get laid, just alive >:)
Sooooo.... if a guy hasn't gotten laid by 40, SOMETHING'S up.
