Well there are a lot of different types of dragon decks: Armed Dragon decks, Horus decks, Blue-Eyes Decks, and Red-Eyes Decks. You can mix and match but I'm not really sure about that.

For any dragon deck, the following cards can help:
Dragon's Gunfire - Either monster removal or direct shot at life points.
Masked Dragon - Dragon searcher
Twin-Headed Behemoth - Tribute fodder that is guaranteed to be there after your opponent's turn.
Stamping Destruction - Magic/Trap removal plus a 500 point hit on the opponent.
Dragon's Rage - Damage the opponent's life points even if their monsters are in defense mode.
White-Horned Dragon - One of the McDonalds cards. This dragon is a one-sacrifice monster that can have up to 3700 atk points, 500 per magic card you remove from the opponent's graveyard!
Spear Dragon - decent monster.
Luster Dragon - 1900 atk point dragon beatstick.

I'm sure there are others, but I can't remember all of them. I just know that I don't really like dragon decks cause everyone around me uses them. But anyways, hope that helped a little.

that depends on the player. you need to have week dragons to help you bring out your strong and authentic ones with magic and trap cards
I wont put my deck because I don't have all dragons.

Ummmmm.......definitely Blue eyes....you would want to get BLueeyes ultimate too....and a nasty lil card callsed Kaibaman, which if you tribute it you get to special summon a blueeyes from your hand(nasty), Lord of D so you can get King Dragun which nullifies anything that targets your dragons. Armed dragon is evil but takes a while to get out...so horus would be your best bet if you wanna do level up.
