Marriage, and sex after marriage? I am trying so hard to stay pure for my future husband, and I am doing it the best way I know how, not to even date. I am 14 and there is NO reason under the sun to be dating at my age. I don't disapprove of it, but I am not going to participate in it. I was just wondering if any guys out there agree with me, and are waiting for there future wives as I am. Please don't be rude when answering, it is an honest question.

You are one of a rare breed now a days.I commend you for you thought you have put into this. You will start to date some day and if the guys you date love you they will understand what you are doing. If they don't understand then they are not worthy of you and don't fall to peer pressure either because it can make you do things that you really didn't want to.Keep up the good work and Good Luck

Hello Honey, I am not a guy-but I am a girl who very much feels the same way.

When I was about 14, I committed to being pure before marriage. I failed when I was 16. When I was 19, I made things right with God, and decided to not date. Then, of course, I stopped that when I started dating again...and messed up more.

I'm getting married this summer. I live with regret. I'm 24 and didn't wait until marriage-and wish I had.

The #1 source? DATING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT SHARE THE SAME VALUES AS YOURSELF.

and DON'T get yourself in ANY compromising situations...don't be alone with a guy, because chances are you won't have sex in the middle of the floor @ burger king, ya know?

You can do it--just don't get impatient & settle for less. TRUST me.

*hugs*
