I think you should call her. The longer you wait the more awkward this may be for the both of you. You will probably have to ask yourself why you kissed her. Do you like her, are your feelings for her more than friendship?
Why did she take off? Did she say anything before she ran?

Just because you shared an intimate moment does not make you a lesbian, or even bisexual. It could have been just curiosity. Only you can know for sure, but try not to read too much in to it. I would call her and talk about what happened, and why you both think it happened.

well, it all depends.. did you enjoy the kiss? are you attracted to women and women only? do you crave romance with women? are you interested in sex with women?
lots of people kiss out of curiousity, but it doesn't necessarily mean or prove anything..
and yes, i would call her and try to discuss what happened so you can understand if you want to stay friends, or be more than friends..
