Do I just by the bleach and peroxide and leave it on for a long time? I really want it white yellow. I'm a natural brunette.

I am a hairstylist and a blonde! DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF! Your hair will break off and be terribly damaged.
Has your hair been color treated before?
It is very hard for a someone with brown hair to be lifted to a very light blonde. It was most likely turn an orangy color.
Best advice is to go to a local stylist and get heavy highlights

Its tricky though, it's not like eminem crap.
You should honestly go get it done at a salon because going from brown to whitey color can either burn your scalp, or turn your hair yellow orange.
It's really worth the some odd dollars for a nice clean color.
