How old are you man? If you are early teens, give it time, its probably just a delayed puberty. If you have been through puberty for over 2 years, then you have a condition, I forgot what it is called but a doctor wont do anything for you except surgery. If you go that route, get prepared to have to pump your penis to an erection anytime you want to play.

There is a doctor in New York that can surgically correct that. Your penis actually extends back by your rectum they can cut it there and it will fall forward and they can graft skin on to the shaft to increase length 3-5 inches. they can also insert implants into the sides of the shafts to increase girth. I had a friend with a birth defect that got it fixed. don't get me wrong you can satisfy a woman with a small penis. It depends what you need to do to feel comfortable with yourself.

I'm sorry to know that. If your penis able to erect, you probably older than 10 years old. Although in that age range, the size you mention is consider small. Very small indeed.
