I would like to let my teenager download an approved game but the parental controls won't let her. Where do I go to change this?

We do not have norton anti virus. We use SBC Yahoo anti virus. We have the system where when you first sign on there are ... pictures to choose to click on. Labeled with our daughter's name. Mine is the administrators she is the second. Her's has less privilages. But we have approved this game she would like to download but the parental controls will not let her. I would just like to find where I can change this single setting.

If you approved the download with the parent control, it's probably not the problem. It might not even be the parent control function: since your daughter has a limited account, that may keep her from being able to download programs, as well as deleting certain things (though not her own documents), performing some virus scans and getting updates. If you download the game as the administrator, she should still be able to play it on her profile.
